God Qualifies, Not Man

It's perfectly ok to not know it all. God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called! Don't let the "world system" discourage you. #donewiththeworldsystem

Moving Forward

Everything you need, God has already given you. Are you using what you've already been given to move forward or are you stuck in the dark? Be the hands and feet of Jesus while you wait on God! Use what you have inside of you to move on toward your destiny!

Actively Wait on God

Dare to believe God for whatever it is that you want Him to do in your life! Take God at His word. He can turn any situation around. Focus on God just like you need air to breathe, then all the problems and surroundings will seem so small. Worship God while you wait. Move forward while you wait. My Pastor Steven Furtick said: Waiting is active, not passive. Sometimes while you're waiting on God to do something, He's really waiting on you!

Do You Know Jesus?

Do You Know Jesus?

This is a critical question. If your answer is yes then it better be firm and unwavering! A better question would be: Do you have a relationship with Jesus? Knowing about Jesus and having a relationship with Him are two very different things. We don’t want to be just fans of Jesus, but to have a genuine relationship with Him.
What was and is Jesus’ main purpose? I can answer that all too well. Jesus was born in the flesh like man solely to have his precious blood shed to cover our sins. He lives today to bring us from death into eternal life. We fell out of fellowship with God the day Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil Genesis 3:1-7. From that moment on we passed from life into death. God did not give up on man. He had a solution to bring us back into fellowship with Him.  God sent Jesus to give us Life to the full capacity John 10:10. Jesus’ birth was foretold long before he was born in Isaiah 7:14. Matthew 1:18-24 and Luke 1:26-38 tell how Jesus’ birth came about. Jesus is OUR LORD and SAVIOR! How is it that we may enter back into fellowship with God? Jesus is the way, truth and life John 14:6. Jesus is the only way to enter in to eternal life. Eternal life is existence forever and never dying spiritually (not physically).
I don’t want you to take my word for it, but to read the bible and know the truth for yourself. New believers should begin by reading the book of John, and then read through the other Gospels, Matthew, Mark and Luke. I didn’t always know or understand Jesus, so once I truly accepted him by faith and began a relationship with Him, I learned about His life by reading the bible. That is the main way to get to know Him. If you or anyone you know doesn’t know Jesus, ask someone you trust who does and they will share with you their faith in Jesus and assist you in beginning your walk with Him. Please message me if you’d ever like to talk or pray. If you have a prayer request, message me as well. I am here for this sole purpose, to build up and equip the body of Christ. There is no judgment here, only the Love of Christ. My heart aches for the souls so far from God! Laborers, let's go about our father's business and reap the harvest!!!!

The Mark of the Beast

www.markbeast.com

Who is the Devil? This link above will tell you exactly who he is. It's stated clearly in the bible. I pray that you will be blessed and realize that the devil (Satan) is alive and lurking around this earth. I've learned so much more by researching this. I thank God that I found this. I have so much more understanding and knowledge about Satan. He's a total liar. He wants to destroy EVERYONE here on earth. He believes he will ascend to heaven and sit on the throne. Well he's sadly mistaken. God gave him many chances to admit he was wrong and humble himself, but he refused. God threw him out of heaven and down to earth, so now he's tried to become the ruler of this world. Remind yourselves that Satan’s time is very limited. If you or anyone you know does not know Jesus, it's time to get to know him. Learn about him and decide for yourself what the truth is. Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven (eternal life). There is NO OTHER WAY! Peace and blessings to you all!

WHERE IS YOUR HOPE PLACED?

For a while now, I’ve been placed in a position where I’ve had to rely on God and Him alone to come through for me. In the past, I didn’t understand or recognize who my true help was. I hoped and trusted in people who failed me. I don’t blame them, but with that came a lot of hurt and pain. From going through these times of struggle, I’ve learned that God is it! He’s everything you will ever need and don’t let anyone tell you different. The one thing I’d like for all to take away from this if nothing else is: to learn and understand that God is our ONLY HOPE!

Hope (verb) to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence/ to believe, desire, or trust.
Hoping in God, is putting your trust in Him, and believing in Him, that He will answer your prayers! It starts with faith. What is faith? We can find exactly what it is in Hebrews 11:1, 6 (NIV).  Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.  If you want God to work in your life, you must have faith. You must believe in your heart (not your mind) that He exists and that He rewards those who honestly seek Him. If you go to God and you’re doubtful He’ll ever come through for you, then there is no way He can go to work on your behalf. How can He give you something that you don’t expect Him to give. It’s called double-minded! Have confidence in God and yourself.
People change all the time but God never changes. How is it possible to put your hope in someone who is limited in what they can do for you? It happens but it’s not the wisest decision to make in a situation where it will take a miracle to get you through it. God works miracles through us. God is the creator of Heaven and earth and He owns everything in them. Whatever you need, God’s got it! It’s done!
Blessed are those whose help is in the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God. Psalm 146:5 (NIV) You will be blessed when you place your hope in God. He’s your help. He will bless you supernaturally or through someone else. God works through us to provide the needs of others. The lord delights in those who fear (love) him, who put their hope in his unfailing love. Psalm 147:11 (NIV). God will not and cannot fail you!!!
King David put his hope in God and acknowledged that God was his help. Psalm 71:5-6 (NIV) For you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord, my confidence since my youth. From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother’s womb. I will ever praise you. What happens when you place your hope in God? It’s stated clearly in His word what benefits are received from doing this Isaiah 40:31 (NIV) but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. When you are at your weakest moments in your trials and your hope is in God, He’ll renew your strength to keep pressing forward. With God there is no if! He’s faithful to answer your prayers. My prayer is that those who read this will begin to place their hope in God who is our ONLY HELP. Father, redirect our faith and hope in people toward you. We may not know exactly how to do that, so I ask that you would teach us. Thank you for your faithfulness to us and your unfailing love expressed to us. I pray we will lift our hands and praise you The Most High and Mighty God, who saves all who call upon you in the time of our troubles. Thank you Abba, In Jesus Name, Amen.

UNWHOLESOME TALK

How can you thank God and curse under the same breath? Does this offensive act make sense to you? What do you think God would say to this? James addresses the Jewish Christians (Jewish believers in Jerusalem) in a letter. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters this should not be. James 3:10 (NIV) Would you want people to hear praises or cursing come from your mouth or both? You should be honest in answering this question because it will get you to realize the words you choose to speak.

Praise (verb) to express approval or admiration of; commend; extol/ to offer grateful homage to (God or a deity), as in words or song.
Cursing (verb) to wish or invoke evil, calamity, injury, or destruction upon; to swear at; to blaspheme; to afflict with great evil; to excomminucate.
Paul addresses the believers in the church at Ephesus about what should and should not come from their mouths (ours as well). Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Ephesians 4:29 (NIV) Our words should build people up not tear them down. They should encourage people and benefit those who listen to us speak.
We as believers should know how to conduct ourselves and if any of you don’t then I suggest you read your bible more often. The bible is our daily bread. The word sustains us and instructs us on how to live holy lives. There are many stories to learn from. Take the time and dive into it, study it, meditate on it, get it written upon your heart. Let me remind you that Jesus lived the perfect life that we never could. His precious blood was shed to cover our sins. He became sin, who knew no sin; that we may become His righteousness. 2Corinthians 5:21 (NIV)
When you are in Christ, you are a new creation. The old person has gone and the new person has come! 2Corinthians 5:17 (NIV) Brothers and sisters, this means you have to die to your old way of living life and walk into (put on) a new way of living your life. This does not happen overnight. It has to be learned and what better way to learn than to seek God. READ YOUR BIBLE! Don’t be just a hearer of the word, be a Doer of the word as well. James 1:22 (NIV)
More Scripture references: Proverbs 21:23 (NIV) Proverbs 10:31 (NIV) Proverbs 4:24(NIV) Matthew 15:11, 18 (NIV)

SHEEP IN WOLVES CLOTHING

Many of you are sheep in wolves clothing. For those of you this does not apply to, keep scrolling, for those of you this does apply to, keep reading. What is a sheep in wolves clothing? Well, it's a person portraying to be someone they are not. Either you're a child of God or a follower of the devil. The devil despises us; he'd never claim us as children but slaves. " Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. Matthew 7:15 (NIV) I sense God saying: You need to watch out for yourselves, you sheep in wolves clothing. You come to derail my people but behold I AM is greater than any other and I will not allow my people to be deceived. Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand! Repent, I say Repent! You will answer to Jesus on the day of judgement!
Father, forgive your sons and daughters, for the majority of them don't know how powerful words are. They have not been taught how they should speak let alone sought how to learn. There is so much Kingdom work to be done and in such a short time. Saints, are we Kingdom minded, and doing things that last eternally, with our minds set on things above? Father, help us focus on You and furthering the Kingdom of Heaven, IJN, Amen

HELPING YOUR NEIGHBORS We all recognize that the economy is down and jobs are scarce. People are experiencing extremely hard times. Many have been without work for months, even years. For those of us who are blessed to have stable jobs and are able to meet the needs of others who are less fortunate; are we stepping up and out to do what we're able to help our neighbors? God reminds us of what we should be doing in these situations. Hebrews 13:16 (NIV) And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. This scripture means that we should share what we have with others. God works through us to provide the needs of others. We serve a God of more than enough, so if you're blessed with more than enough, why are you withholding it from someone who needs it? Proverbs 3:27-28 (NIV) Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, " Come back tomorrow and I'll give it to you" ---- when you already have it with you. What does that scripture tell us? If someone comes to you with a need and you're able to provide for them, give to them. Don't send them away knowing you have what they need and could have given them. Doing this does not benefit you or the person in need. Those who give to the poor will lack nothing, but those who close their eyes to them receive many curses. Proverbs 28:27 (NIV) I don't know about you all but I love to serve God and people. If someone comes to me with any need and It's in my power to help, then that is exactly what I'll do. I do not want to bring a course upon myself. God gives freely to us, why not freely give to others? This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. 2 Corinthians 9:12 (NIV) When we give to the poor, we're supplying their needs and giving thanks to God. We're supposed to glorify God in all that we do giving thanks. Let's Pray: Father, forgive us when we turn our eyes away from your people in need. Thank you for blessing us with more than enough. Please help us in positioning ourselves to meet the needs of others who are less fortunate especially when we're able and have what you've blessed us with to give In Jesus Name, Amen

What's In Your Heart?

What you say on a daily basis reflects your character and is an image of what's in your heart. We need to be more conscious of what we do and say.

Luke 6:45 (NIV) A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

Brothers and sisters, What are we speaking? What is in our hearts? We all know what good and evil is. If you speak negatively, then negativity will be produced and the opposite is the same. If you speak positively, then positive results will be produced. This is not a mystery. We've just chosen to live for ourselves and ignore what God's word says about how we should conduct ourselves. Change is hard, but it must happen in order to honor and glorify The Most High God.

Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruits.
Words are very powerful. How powerful are they? Here's an example in Genesis 1:3 (NIV) And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. All God did was speak, and it was! This means that when we, speak, we produce whatever it is that we are speaking. Are you speaking life or death into your life and the lives of others? The entire world was produced in six days because GOD SPOKE IT INTO EXISTENCE!!! Let's get this on the inside of us and written upon our hearts.

How is the heart filled with good and evil things. Obviously if we do bad things all the time and live a continuous life cycle of evil, then that's all that's going to be in our heart because we're living it right? The same goes for living a Godly life. When you love others, help them, pray for them, read and study the word of God, good will come about because you have these things in your heart. I can say that these things are taught. Children reflect their parents and the environment they grow up in. We can change the way we think, act, and speak. It's our choice. What will you do or what are you doing?

Let's pray: Father, You are a loving merciful God. You love us so dearly even in our mistakes. Father, help us to make the choice daily to become more Christ-like. I pray that when people see us and the holy lives we live, they will wonder and inquire of how they too can become like Jesus. Father forgive us for our mistakes and guide us into your truth, In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen
Thank you Abba Father for one of the greatest opportunities: to sit onstage with T.D. Jakes this Saturday 4/21/12. You're so awesome! What a privilege!

What is holding you back from your walk with God? Could it be pride, shame, abandonment, jealousy, fear, or unforgiveness? I refer to these things as idols, strongholds, or masters. If your priority or focus is on any of these or anything else more than on God, then you're serving that which you give first priority. What does the word have to say about this? I'll show you in Matthew 6:24 (NIV) " No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. With that being clarified, your focus should be on God. Your first priority should be God! We need to be developing a close relationship with our Father. You ask, How do I develop a relationship with God? I'm more than happy to tell you! First things first, you must be born again ( in the spirit), this is when you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, accepting Him into your heart by faith only. Then you must repent of your sins and ask God for forgiveness. Don't worry, He's faithful and will do it! Ok, now that you've taken the first steps, you can begin to communicate with God, through prayer, reading the bible, praise and worship. You can even sit silently alone before God and lift your thoughts and feelings up to Him. He will speak to you. You must continually seek God to go deeper into the spirit realm and keep in fellowship with Him. If you fall, get right back up, let God know you messed up because He knows anyway. Then ask Him to accept you back. God desires to be in constant communication with us. He's always speaking, but are we listening? In order for you to continue to walk with God, you must be without hindrances. If you want to be freed, seek God's counsel (I call this inner healing). Inner healing is when you seek The Father, ask Him what's your issue that's holding you back, once revealed, you take the next steps of asking the root of this issue and asking Him to uproot that issue because it's a lie of the enemy, and give you truths of who you really are. God wants us healed! It's a wonderful thing and takes place instantly! No need for a therapist when you have God readily available to you and at no cost! How wonderful is that. Shout now cause it's awesome! If you feel you're not confident in approaching God alone, message me and I'll assist you. It's safe and no judgment. I'm here to love, assist and serve. I don't like to see my brothers and sisters suffer. The devil will have a hold on you only if you let him. He's defeated and you can definitely exercise your authority over him. He's crushed under your feet. I love you all and pray you all will find peace and rest in Our Father who is in Heaven.
Matthew 28:18:-20 (NIV) Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of age. What's my calling? What does God want me to do? What is my purpose? I've asked all of these questions. I was ignorant to what God's will for all of His children was. I didn't have the slightest clue. I had given my life to Christ, but honestly didn't understand fully what I did until I began a relationship with God. What is God's will for your life? Well as written above in Matthew 28:18-20 it tells you. After Jesus' resurrection, He met the eleven disciples at the mountain in Galilee. There He spoke to them, commanding them to go and make disciples of all nations. All of the world should be made disciples. What is a disciple? A disciple is a follower and student of a mentor, teacher, or othdr wise figure. The twelve disciples were the students of Jesus during His ministry. We are supposed to be doing exactly what Jesus commanded His disciples. What are we doing? Are we doing what Jesus commanded? It's not a choice, but a command. Step out of your comfort zones and reach out to the people around you. We ought to teach others to share the gospel and teach others to be Christ-like. As Jesus has freely given to us, so shall we freely give to others. Matthew 10:8 (NIV) Do not withhold the knowledge you possess from others. Hosea 4:6 (NIV) says: my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. It's not God's will that His people should perish, so please teach people about Christ. God does have specific things for us that only we can do, but outside of that, The Great Commission should be your mission no matter what.
Blessings to all of you! God loves you and is calling us to draw near to Him. God is always available to us, but are we always positioned and available to God, so He can work through us?
